What is your refund policy?

Once you place your Meal Plan order, our team gets to work on planning out your meals. Because we source locally grown ingredients, we need to start the planning phase 10 days before your order arrives on your doorstep. With that in mind, here is some more information on our refund policy:

Cancel 10 days before your delivery: If you cancel before our cut-off date (read more here), we’re happy to refund you the total amount of your order.

Cancel less than 10 days before your delivery: Once it’s past 10 days before your order, we cannot cancel, change or refund your order.
