We believe that mealtime should be a time to slow down and focus on one thing – eating. We suggest that you take your meal out of the container and heat it on the stovetop, an oven or toaster oven. Once warmed to the desired temperature, plate your meal and sit down to enjoy it. We are big advocates of mindful eating, so really take the time to pay attention to what you’re eating and noticing when you are full.
Of course, you can microwave a meal in its container in a pinch (instructions are on the packaging and the plastic is BPA-free) but we would still love to see you plate the meal and sit down to enjoy it. Bon appétit!
