Why do I have 2 charges before my first delivery?

If you have (2) charges on different days, this is likely due to your order being a recurring order. Due to the prior week cut-off date, you will actually be billed 4 days (the Monday) before your first delivery (on Friday). This ensures that you receive meals without a break the Friday after your first Friday delivery date. If you were billed twice on the same day, please call us at 800-822-9080, as that is likely an error.
